Well equipped, well maintained, quite reasonable priced. What's not to like?

I had the pleasure to fly C-GTVI for about ten hours last year and I was impressed. This is one of the nicest 172-M's you will get to fly anywhere. The aircraft has been extensively refurbished with new paint, new interior, IFR panel and overhauled engine. This plane is nicely trimmed, flies and performs well.The panel has dual G5's, a GTN 650 and an EDM engine monitor. This aircraft is perfectly set up for non-icing IFR training.This aircraft is also professionally managed, maintained to high commercial standards and, being based out of Carp airport, is easy to get to flying instead of waiting for tower clearances. Additionally the owner keeps a small group of pilots to ensure maximum availability of the aircraft.One thing to note is that this aircraft is not intended for occasional recreational flying; rather it is intended for post PPL operations for pilots who need to build time for commercial/ IFR tickets. If you purchase block time for this aircraft, the time will expire in a number of months depending on how much time you pre-pay.This is a good aircraft, guaranteed. If I had the opportunity to fly this aircraft again, I would in a heartbeat.

TVI flies great and is well maintained. IFR capable.
